Volunteers and the work they do are the heart of CampusAsyl. One or two project leaders work alongside volunteers to independently organize, coordinate, and implement their projects. The association supports volunteers through extensive skills training, organizational assistance (for example, by putting them in touch with other volunteers or preparing spaces for activities), self-administered project budgets, public relations, as well as networking with other initiatives and representing their interests with regard to official positions.
